European Insurtech CLARK expands Management Board

The leading European Insurtech CLARK expands its Management Board by three new members setting a strategic focus and international direction on the highest leadership level.

Frankfurt – August 15, 2024. For its next development phase, CLARK strategically sets key areas on the top management level to focus on profitable growth and scale the business model sustainably in its existing European markets. Under the leadership of CEO Benedikt Kalteier CLARK is relying on existing and new expertise when expanding the Management Board of CLARK Holding SE with three additional members:

• Newest Management Board member, Vicky van Asbroeck, former CFO at online language learning marketplace company, Preply, will join CLARK in the role of Chief Financial Officer in September 2024.
• Daniel Steinhoff, who has been CLARK’s Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel for the last two years, sets a regulatory focus on CLARK’s services.
• Current Chief Product & Technology Officer Balázs Gáti drives CLARK’s core product and innovation strategy. He joined the Insurtech from Revolut in December 2023.

CLARK Co-Founder Christoph Lodde will continue as a member of the Management Board and is responsible for driving the company’s further expansion in Europe.
